What: Join in the awesomest fic and art exchange honoring the South of Europe and North of Africa!
When: Requests can be made up until 11:59 EST on November 13, 2010! Requests will be claimable for one week, until November 20, 2010, and the posting period will run from December 24, 2010 until January 2, 2011.
Where: Right here @aphmediterraneo
Why: To get into the mood of the giving season, and to spread the Mediterranean love!
Now, getting serious, here are the rules and how things are going to go:
1. From today up until Saturday November 13, 2010 11:59 pm EST comment to this post with any 2 requests you'd like filled. The format of these requests is as follows:
requester: (your lj username here)
prompt: (keep it short and simple, guys, try not to get too specfic unless you think your idea is really good)
maximum rating: (just so that no one gets something they don't want)
You cannot choose if you want a fic or art. Sorry guys, we're trying to keep this as open as possible, since we know you're all bogged down by other things.
2. Comments will be screened in order to make this a proper Secret Santa. On November 14th when the Prompt Post is put up, usernames will be taken off the requests in order to preserve the anonymity of the requester.
3. On November 14, 2010, we'll have posted a master list of all the requests. Please come read through them and select one you'd like to fill. Requests that have already been claimed will be crossed out. You can take up to 2 requests to fill, unless we end up with a lot of extras in which case we will allow people to take on more requests.
4. If you make a request you will be expected to fill one, so don't make requests if you don't have time to fill any.
